If you require specialist assessments (such as structural engineer reports or damp surveys), these can add 3-5 additional days depending on contractor availability. We'll provide clear timelines at each stage.

Can I use your service if I've already exchanged contracts?

Yes, our services are valuable at any stage of property ownership. Post-exchange, we can help prioritize urgent repairs and create a maintenance schedule. For current homeowners, we assist with planning renovations and addressing ongoing property issues identified in previous surveys.

How do you ensure estimate accuracy?

Our estimates are based on three key data sources: actual invoices from completed jobs in your area, current material costs from suppliers, and labour rates from our verified contractor network. We update our pricing database monthly and include a 10-15% contingency range to account for unexpected findings during works.

What areas do you cover?

We currently serve all London boroughs and the surrounding Home Counties. Our network of vetted specialists covers properties within the M25 and up to 30 miles outside. For specific postcode availability, please contact our team directly.

What qualifications do your specialists have?

All structural surveyors in our network are RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified. Specialist contractors hold relevant certifications including Gas Safe registration for heating engineers, NICEIC for electricians, and PCA membership for damp and timber specialists. We verify all credentials and insurance before partnership.

What happens if issues are found during the works?

Our coordinators remain involved throughout any remedial works. If contractors discover additional issues, we'll provide revised estimates immediately and help you understand your options. You're never obligated to proceed with additional work, and we ensure full transparency on any scope changes before proceeding.
